2024 CUTEST FOAL CONTEST rules & GUIDELINES 


TO ENTER:
Entries must be submitted through the official contest entry form at:  https://www.cognitoforms.com/EquineOfficeSolutions1/_2024CutestFoalContest
  • Entries must be received by August 31, 2024 at 11:59pm ET.
  • One horse entry per owner
  • One photo per entry
  • Foals must have been born in 2024
  • All breeds are eligible
  • Owner must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • EOS reserves the right to reject any entry due to unacceptable content or noncompliance with the Contest Rules.

JUDGING: 
  • Entries will be judged by a panel of independent equine industry professionals.
  • Judging will 60% personality and cuteness, 40% overall beauty.
  • Winner will be notified on or about September 30, 2024 and will be announced on or about October 15, 2024.

PRIZES:
Winner will receive:
  1. A custom designed pedigree created by Carol Aldridge of Equine Office Solutions.
  2. The winner’s photo will be featured in our promotions with credit and a link to the owner's website.

PHOTO & PUBLICATION RIGHTS
By submitting your photo, you agree and confirm that use and publication of your photo does not infringe on the rights of any third parties.  Further, by submitting your contest photo, you grant EOS royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, edit, modify, reproduce and publicly display the photo in any medium.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By submitting your Contest entry, you agree to indemnify TCN, its agents, representatives, & affiliates (Indemnified Parties) from any liability for any losses and/or damages caused by or resulting from your photo submission including without limitation: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind (c) unauthorized human intervention (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (e) any infringement by you of a third party’s intellectual property rights. Neither of the EOS Indemnified Parties shall be responsible for any expenses incurred by you in connection with your participation in this Contest.

AGREEMENT
The submission of your contest entry constitutes your agreement with these rules and regulations.
